Novi (Julie Estelle) dan Dafi (Rizky Hanggono) sudah berpacaran selama empat tahun. Novi sangat mencintai Dafi dan mendukung Dafi dalam hal apapun, termasuk karirnya sebagai pengacara. Amara, pemilik Amara & Partners, tertarik terhadap Dafi, kemudian menawarkan posisi partner, yang langsung diterima Dafi – yang memang ingin karirnya melesat. Konsekuensinya, hubungan Novi dan Dafi pun di ambang jurang.
Beruntung, Novi ditemani dan dihibur saudara-saudari nya, The Suryanas – Pipit (TJ), Wawan (Omesh), dan Asep (Ringgo). Novi kemudian secara tidak sengaja mendengar siaran radio heart-break.com, di mana Mbak Elza (Sophie Navita), pemilik heart-break.com, sedang menceritakan kisah patah hati akibat orang ketiga. Setelahnya, Novi berniat meminta bantuan Mbak Elza dan tim heart-break untuk membantu menemukan jawaban atas perlakuan Dafi padanya.
Dibantu team leader heart-break, Rama (Fedi Nuril) dan The Suryanas, Novi berusaha merebut kembali perhatian Dafi. Kedekatan hubungan Rama dan Novi ini rupanya lama-lama berubah. Rama mulai menaruh perhatian pada Novi. Apa yang akan terjadi selanjutnya?
